Classes
Training for every age and level — from a child's first steps to the concert stage
Discipline, devotion,
and joy in every class
Training at Nrityananda follows the traditional gurukula spirit adapted for modern life: strong foundations in adavus (basic steps), hastas (hand gestures), and rhythm, deepening into abhinaya (expression), choreography, and stagecraft.
Students also learn the stories, music, and theory behind the dance — because Kuchipudi is not only movement, but a language of devotion and storytelling.
